I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and customer service. My original quote was 1,900 for air conditioning replacement. After they got into it they found out it can be fixed for less. They did not have to tell me or be honest but they were very honest and upfront. Good trustworthy customer service will get my business every time

We are from Lubbock, Texas. My wife and I were traveling to Little Rock and broke down. By recommendation, we had our van towed to Hinson Loop Tire and Auto. I told them my wife is paralyzed and we were stuck in a hotel. They prioritized the van and got it fixed in 24 hours. They went above and beyond to help us out. I wish their shop was in Lubbock. Was needing a heater core replaced in my 2004 Jeep. Called around to 7 different places. 4 wouldn’t return calls, 1 wanted $179 for an ESTIMATE, and 1 stated they didn’t work on vehicles over 10 years old. Lol. These guys took my call, I told them what I was needing done, and within minutes they gave me a soft estimate, and up the appointment for later in the week. Took it in at the agreed upon time, work was performed promptly, communication was spot on, and price was as the estimate that was provided. I do most of my own work, but sometimes run into projects that are a little more than I want to handle. These guys have earned every bit of my business going forward. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I have had nothing but positive experiences at Hinson Loop Automotive. Their prices are good, much lower than the dealerships, you can get in almost immediately, unlike the dealerships, and they treat my wife with respect instead of talking down to her, unlike the dealerships. I recommend this business to everyone I talk to. Great bunch of guys that do good work for a good price.

I cannot say enough good things about Hinson Loop Automotive. I have been going to this family exclusively for the past 15 years - first when they owned Christian Brothers on Chenal and now the past few years at Hinson Loop after they sold Christian Brothers. If you want honest, dependable owners AND mechanics, go to Hinson Loop!! They will tell you what you absolutely need to fix and what you can hold off on / keep an eye on. I know I am only going to hurt myself by posting this because they will just get busier with more customers, but they deserve it!!
